Price proposed capture runs (surface, targets, cap, add-ons) in credits and GBP before starting them. Read access, capture toolset, MCP tool get_capture_quotes.

`runShare`	`Float`	no		A batch story's share of the one start fee, 0..1. Omit for a solo run or a projection.
